… Aaaaand relax…

During the summer (apparently we do get one in this country, although I’ve heard it’s currently in hiding…) Nottingham City Council are running free outdoors fitness sessions covering a range of activities. We quite liked the sound of that, and recently popped on down to the Forest recreation ground to try a spot of yoga. Led by an experienced and fully qualified instructor, we all had a super time. Yoga is great for increasing strength, flexibility and balance as well as being really good for relaxation and wellbeing. All of our folks did a fantastic job and we left feeling calm and happy with our chi firmly restored!
