They made a delicious the 3 ingredient vegan brownie (Tapioca starch , Cocoa powder sugar free and ripe bananas). The other Tapioca recipe was a traditional cheese bread from Brazil.
Tapioca is starch obtained from the root of cassava, a plant that mostly grows underground (like a potato).
