In the Limelight

A group of clients at Space Inclusive have performed a play for staff, parents, carers and fellow clients.

Based on the novel ‘Alice in Wonderland’ by Lewis Carroll it was performed at Dance4 on Dakeyne Street in Nottingham. The guys did an excellent job and should be extremely proud of themselves. The audience were very impressed, especially as they had a lot to remember; there was a lot of choreography as well as lines to learn, but they mastered it very well indeed.

The clients worked together well as a group and this showed in the performance, as did the humour and comedy in it too.

Elle, the Support Worker who, with colleagues Alan and Satty, organised the performance, was very pleased “It’s been a fantastic six months working with our performing arts group.” she said. “They’ve worked so hard and it really came through in the performance – they shone like stars.”

Everyone involved in the show should be very pleased with the result – it’s been a real success!
